Unless separately agreed in writing, authors retain the rights they own in their original work. Swarnim Sahitya may use supplied material as necessary to perform the contracted publishing, printing, listing, distribution and promotional services.
5. Pricing & Payments
Prices displayed on the website may be subject to applicable taxes and may change for future orders. The applicable price is the one shown at checkout, in the quotation, or in the relevant agreement. Publishing work may depend on successful payment according to the selected plan.
6. Book Sales & Marketplace Listings
Marketplace availability, pricing, inventory, delivery times and listing visibility can depend on the respective marketplace and logistics provider. Swarnim Sahitya does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any third-party marketplace.
7. Author Royalties
Where a publishing plan provides royalties, the applicable royalty percentage and calculation method are governed by the selected plan and publishing agreement. Royalty reporting may depend on verified sales and payment information available to us.
8. Website Accounts
